We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase of jewellery we make in the studio. We have a very high standard and want our customers to love their jewelry as much as we do. Each item we create is very special and unique and whether bought for oneself or given as a gift, we want the recipient to be excited about the jewellery and feel confident and comfortable when wearing it.

Jewellery designs from Chryssa Creations use semi-precious and unique materials, so each piece is entirely one-of-a-kind.  Once that particular design has been sold, it is no longer available for purchase.

Occasionally we do find materials that allow us to recreate designs similar to originals that have sold out, and although the design will not be an exact replica, it is very reminiscent of its “predecessor.”  Please contact us for any details.

Jewellery Care

As with all jewellery, proper care should be given to maintain your piece in a good condition. You should always put your jewellery on after (and not before) using any cosmetics or perfume. Try to remember to take your jewellery off before washing your hands, using household chemicals, or going into the pool or ocean. Even with proper care, slight natural defects can occur in gemstones over time, causing chipping or breaking and threads can slowly deteriorate causing fraying and stretching. Of course accidents can also happen causing your jewellery to break (especially if you are aroundlittle children)!

We want you to be able to wear your jewellery for a long time, so if something does happen to your piece, please contact us. The nature of the problem will determine the repair fee. We will be able togive you an estimate once you have emailed us with a description of the problem (and possibly a photo showing the damage).

Full Refund

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the original, unused condition in which it was received. We will give you a full refund, less shipping costs, or a credit to purchase a different piece of jewellery that may better suit your tastes.

Please e-mail us and notify us of any problem with your order or of any intention to return an item.


We are happy to offer complimentary repairs on any Chryssa Creations jewellery within 30 days of purchase. Additional repair fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear. Please email us for further details about our repair and replacement policy.

Contact Us

We use email links located on the “contact us” page and other areas of our website to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. You may also use this link to request updates and access to your personally identifiable information. We read every message sent in and will try to reply promptly if you request information or otherwise require a response. We may file your comments to improve our website or our products, or we may review and discard the information. Your personal information will only be shared with third parties as permitted by our privacy policy.

Information Sharing

We do not rent, sell, or share your personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: we provide the information to partners who work on our behalf or under confidentiality agreements (these companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about products and offers, however, they do not have any independent right to share this information); we respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; we may share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law; we will transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company.
